To express our heartfelt gratitude to our valued customers for their continuous trust, partnership, and support over the years, Tan Tai Co., Ltd. organized the 2025 Customer Appreciation Tour, a 5-day journey through three beautiful destinations: Ninh Binh – Cat Ba – Ha Noi.

This was not just a leisure trip, but also a journey of connection, sharing, and spreading appreciation — a sincere gesture from Tan Tai to honor our partners and customers who have accompanied us on the path of growth and success.

🌄 5-Day Journey – A Complete Experience

Day 1: Ninh Binh – The Charm of Mountains and Rivers
The group visited the famous Trang An scenic complex, admiring its majestic natural landscapes.
A highlight of the day was the Gala Dinner themed “Connection – Companionship – Growth”, held in Ninh Binh in a warm and elegant setting.
The event was attended by the company’s leadership, valued customers, and long-term partners — a moment for everyone to look back on the past journey, share future directions, and strengthen enduring partnerships.

Days 2–3: Cat Ba – Blue Sea and Unforgettable Experiences
The group traveled to Cat Ba Island, explored Lan Ha Bay, and enjoyed the fresh sea breeze.
Afterward, they visited Onsen Yoko Quang Hanh, relaxing and recharging before continuing the journey.

Days 4–5: Hanoi – Cultural Impressions and Farewell
The trip concluded with an exploration of Hanoi, the capital city — indulging in Northern cuisine and cherishing memorable moments before returning home.

🌧️ Postponed Due to the Storm – Even More Meaningful When We Met Again

Originally planned for late September 2025, the program was rescheduled to October 1–5, 2025 due to Storm No. 9, to ensure absolute safety for all customers and partners.

Despite the weather disruption, the spirit of Tan Tai's team and our valued guests remained strong and enthusiastic.
That shared patience and unity made the journey even more meaningful and complete.
